Read each Mulgaly listing in full, including the duties, how the work is done, the engagement type, eligibility and conditions. Roles can fill or change during recruitment; when Mulgaly learns of this, the listing is updated or removed. If you spot an error, email careers@mulgaly.com and name the role.
Please give Mulgaly correct details, and never submit an application for somebody else without their clear agreement. Anyone applying through Mulgaly needs to meet the eligibility and right-to-work rules for that role. Complete the form, then send Mulgaly HR the WhatsApp message, which only goes once you press Send. If you cannot use WhatsApp, email careers@mulgaly.com. Before offering anything, the employer behind a Mulgaly listing may ask further questions or arrange an interview.
No, not at Mulgaly. Mulgaly never charges applicants for applying, placement, administration or training, and never asks for a deposit. Businesses advertising roles cover Mulgaly's costs. Mulgaly will never ask you to buy cryptocurrency, top up an account, pay to unlock work or transfer money to release wages. If anyone asks you for this in connection with a Mulgaly role, report it to careers@mulgaly.com.
Pay for a Mulgaly role is the employer's decision, and no range is a promise of the upper amount. Mulgaly asks you to get the employer's legal name, your duties, engagement, pay rate or method, expected hours and payment dates in writing before you start. Mulgaly gives no guarantee of work, minimum hours or earnings.
Mulgaly is responsible for its own statements and advertising. Employers are responsible for what they tell Mulgaly and for their duties as employers. If Mulgaly's ads and mulgaly.com disagree on something important, Mulgaly will check and correct whichever is wrong. No general disclaimer from Mulgaly cancels a specific statement or your legal rights.
The Mulgaly Privacy Policy explains how applications are handled. Records held by WhatsApp or an employer are governed by those parties' policies, not by this Mulgaly policy.
You must not impersonate anyone, submit false applications, use another person's details without permission, share harmful material or interfere with mulgaly.com.
Feel free to read and save pages from mulgaly.com for your own job hunting. Other uses of Mulgaly material need the rights holder's permission. Photos on mulgaly.com are licensed stock images and do not show real applicants or employers.

Mulgaly does not promise uninterrupted access to mulgaly.com or that a listing will remain open during your application, and may alter or suspend the site without warning.
No, Mulgaly does not. The Australian Consumer Law, and any law that cannot lawfully be excluded, still protects you whatever these Mulgaly terms say.
Subject to those rights, Mulgaly is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of mulgaly.com. None of this limits Mulgaly's liability for fraud or for anything the law says cannot be limited.
Mulgaly fixes typing and technical mistakes on mulgaly.com as soon as it becomes aware of them.
If you breach these terms, for instance by applying with another person's details without consent, you are responsible for resulting loss that is reasonably foreseeable, unless Mulgaly caused it.
Delays or failures caused by matters outside Mulgaly's reasonable control, including hosting or messaging service outages, are not Mulgaly's responsibility.
Roles advertised by Mulgaly are for adults living in Australia who have the right to work here. Some employers set extra requirements, which appear in the listing or are explained by Mulgaly HR before an introduction. Mulgaly may decline to pass on an application that clearly does not meet a role's stated requirements, and will tell you why if you ask.
Where a role comes with online training, it is supplied by the employer or organised by Mulgaly and costs applicants nothing. Completing the training Mulgaly provides helps you understand the work; it does not guarantee engagement, and the employer remains responsible for the work itself.
Yes, you may link to the home page of mulgaly.com as long as the link does not suggest Mulgaly endorses you or your site. Mulgaly is not responsible for other websites that link to mulgaly.com, or for sites you reach from a link on mulgaly.com. If you find a link that misrepresents Mulgaly or its roles, please let Mulgaly know at careers@mulgaly.com so it can be followed up.
Employers who list roles through Mulgaly must describe them honestly, follow Australian workplace laws, give written terms before work begins and must not request money from applicants. Mulgaly may remove any listing or employer that breaks these expectations, and you can report concerns to careers@mulgaly.com at any time.
Should any clause of these Mulgaly terms be unenforceable, it is removed and the remaining clauses stand. A delay by Mulgaly in enforcing a term is not a waiver.
Yes, it does at Mulgaly. These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Compliance Statement form the full agreement about using mulgaly.com.

These Mulgaly terms follow the law of the Northern Territory, while any protections the law makes mandatory still apply.
